Fans of London's Burger & Lobster rejoice.

The lobster chain will be coming to Jewel Changi Airport this year. This will be its third outlet in Southeast Asia, after opening one in Genting Highlands, Malaysia and another in Bangkok, Thailand.

If you're wondering what the fuss is about Burger & Lobster, here you go:

Lobster and Lobster Roll Combo.

Original Roll.

Lobster Burger.

The restaurant is famous for its lobster rolls and whole lobsters. The rolls consist of a toasted brioche roll, chunks of lobster meat, and served alongside its signature lemon and garlic butter sauce, fries and salad.

In Genting, its Burger & Lobster burger comes with a patty containing blended beef and lobster which is topped with tarragon and truffle sauce. It also serves wild Canadian lobster flown in from overseas.

Genting's outlet also retails a claypot chilli lobster variation:

According to its press release, the new outlet at Jewel will feature "its famed prime burger, fresh Atlantic lobsters, and original lobster roll alongside a delicious drinks programme catering to travellers, trend-seekers and local residents".

It will also introduce seasonal dishes inspired by local flavours and use locally-sourced ingredients.

Prices of the dishes to be served have not yet been made known, but you can expect it to be hefty. The Original Lobster Roll at Burger & Lobster's Genting outlet goes for RM138 (about S$45.40) apiece so you can expect its price here to be in that vicinity — possibly more, even.

The Singapore outlet will be located at Canopy Park, Jewel's topmost floor, where diners can enjoy a good view of the 40-metre high Rain Vortex — also slated to be the world's tallest indoor waterfall.

The outlet's centrepiece will feature lobster tanks that according to them, can be viewed from every seat in the restaurant.

Definitely something to look forward to when Jewel opens in the second half of this year.

[Edit: An earlier version of this article stated that the Jewel outlet will be Burger and Lobster's second outlet in Asia, instead of its third.]
