E-scooter & taxi collide in Yishun, woman & 7-year-old hospitalised

A seven year old girl was riding pillion at the time.

On July 13 2019, a 36- year-old woman was riding an e-scooter along Yishun Avenue 4 when it collided into a taxi that was turning into the estate.

A seven-year-old girl was riding pillion on the e-scooter at the time.

A statement given to Mothership by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) noted that the SCDF responded to the road accident at around 10am.

They took the woman and the girl to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and KK Women's and Children's Hospital respectively.

The victims were conscious, according to a police statement.

Investigations are currently ongoing.
