Everyone gets fidgety when their significant other is pregnant.
You get concerned over aspects such as diets, general health, and even humps and bumps.
Case study one.
Facebook user Md Aza uploaded a video of a passenger he picked up on January 13, 2019 at Bukit Batok.
The video starts with a female, who we would later find out is the more vocal passenger's wife, walking towards Aza's car.
The video starts off pleasantly enough, with small talk regarding how difficult it was to find the location -- your usual conversation in a private-hire transport.
But the conversations started turning slightly sour when the car encountered its first bump.
The driver's insistence that he would try his best apparently did nothing to pacify the man.
"Man: Oh ahh and she's pregnant so on humps and bumps try to be careful.
*Goes over first bump*
Driver: I’ll try my best.
Man: Please, thank you.
*Slows down and goes over second bump*
Man: If you can’t drive, I’ll request you to drop me here."
The passenger even evoked statute 304.
"Man: My dear friend, there’s a section called 304 in which ignorance and rash driving is an offence."
Here is section 304 of the penal code, which appears to be slightly different.
The driver eventually stopped at a nearby area to let the man and his wife out.
The passengers then called the driver a crazy man, and chastised him for his driving.
The incident ended with quite a bit of shouting, mainly from the passenger, and threats to call the police.
Here's the video.

Before you get to the transcript, we've compiled all the humps and bumps for your consideration.
Here's the transcript.
Driver: Ahhh, a little confusing place, this place put outside I think, lucky I turn inside.
Man: You were turning right, because I don't know which direction you were coming.
Man: Oh ahh and she's pregnant so on humps and bumps try to be careful
*Goes over first bump*
Driver: I’ll try my best.
Man: Please, thank you.
*Slows down and goes over second bump*
Man: If you can’t drive, I’ll request you to drop me here.
Driver: You want to drop?
Man: If you can drive better, then it’s fine.
Driver: You want to drop?
*Stops*
Man: No you can drop me here if you can drive better.
Driver: Orh I thought you want to drop. You want to drop then I drop.
Man: No, if you can drive better on humps and bumps.
Driver: Yeah, I’ll try my best.
Man: Because this is not something which is ah... (interrupted)
Driver: It’s okay, if you want to drop, I’m okay
Man: But you can’t keep ignoring the request you know. You can try your best but if it’s not best I’ll tell you for sure.
Driver: That’s not a good answer?
Driver: That’s not a good answer? I think that’s a good answer already.
Man: Okay, you try your best but that would not be an answer if I’m not satisfied. If I’m not satisfied, I’ll tell you for sure. Trust me.
Driver: So now you not satisfied?
Man: Nope.
Man: Humps and bumps I’m not satisfied, you can drive as fast as you want, humps and bumps, try to be slow.
Driver: Yaaa I did tell you I try my best.
Man: My dear friend, there’s a section called 304 in which ignorance and rash driving is an offence.
Driver: Amendment? Amendment? What legistlation (sic)…(interrupted)
Man: If I just tell you ignorance and rash driving is an offence and if you are riding with a passenger, through a third party, you have to listen to the passenger.
Driver: *laughs* Wah you coming up with so many things just because of humps and bumps. You can see yourself not? You coming up with so many things just because of humps and bumps, a lot things coming up. *laughs*
Man: It's not because of humps and bumps. I have a baby, and you might have also a baby. You need to understand the concern. And if you don’t understand the concern, you are a crazy person then.
Driver: Oiiyoooi, you cannot... cannot call me crazy la. I never call you crazy. Omg. Hais, why you call me crazy... shouldn’t call me crazy.
Man: Don’t worry, don’t worry, don't worry.

Driver: Why GrabShare all like this?
Man: *laugh* let me call police first. LET ME CALL POLICE FIRST. NO! LET ME CALL POLICE FIRST!!
Driver: Don’t touch me. Don't touch me.

Grab's statement
We reached out to Grab, who gave us this statement.
"The safety of customers, drivers and passengers alike, is of absolute priority.
Grab does not tolerate such behavior and have temporarily suspended the passenger's account while we do thorough investigations. We are also in touch with the affected driver to provide support."
