Wing chun 'master' knocked out in 72 sec by smaller Chinese MMA fighter

Not even close.

Belmont Lay | October 22, 2019, 11:30 AM

A wing chun "master", who previously had his ass handed back to him by anti-authoritarian Chinese MMA fighter Xu Xiaodong, got beaten down again.

In his previous bout with Xu in March 2018, wing chun "master" Ding Hao was dropped on his backside six times before the referee intervened to call a stop to the contest after a few minutes.

Xu has made it his mission to expose "fake kung fu".

Ding subsequently blamed his loss on not being fed enough rice by event organisers before the fight.

Most bizarre of all was the judges score card: They ruled the fight a draw.

Second bout

Ding then got back into the ring over the weekend to fight another Chinese MMA fighter nicknamed "A Hu".

Ding Hao, wing chun "master"

Ding weighed 12kg more than A Hu, and was 5cm taller.

Previously, Ding was physically smaller than Xu.

But Ding still got his ass handed back to him again.

From the get-go, Ding ate some punches as he rushed forward without guarding himself.

A Hu then put Ding in a clinch and served some Muay Thai knees to the wing chun "master".

Ding's shifu, Yu Changhua, was watching on from ringside.

Yu himself got beaten by a one-armed boxer at the same event that Xu smashed Ding.

Knock out

As the match went on, Ding just continued to absorb A Hu's roundhouse kicks.

Leaving his head unguarded, A Hu lands a clean kick on Ding's temple, which sent the wing chun "master" down for the count at 1:48 of the first round.

Xu subsequently posted the video of this contest on his own YouTube account as he appeared to take enjoyment from the whole show.

Ding's coach said that he wants him to fight again soon.
