A group of five boys in school uniform were caught on video leaping from a HDB ledge to the top of a another building on Oct. 2.

Jumping back & forth

The video, which was uploaded to Stomp, was filmed at Block 157 Serangoon North Avenue 1.

It is unclear if the boys are from a primary or secondary school.

In the footage, the boys are seen taking turns to jump back and forth between the two buildings — approximately two storeys above ground.

One of them even plopped himself over.

Smoking?

At the beginning of the video, it appeared as though two of the boys were smoking, judging by their hand gestures.

Reactions to video

Comments on the Stomp Facebook page showed mixed reactions from Singaporeans.

Some felt that the boys were being reckless and irresponsible as they could have been seriously injured.

Others were understanding.

Some even highlighted the fact that the boys could have done worse things.

And perhaps, there is a different way of looking at the whole situation.

It’s plausible.
