A McDonald’s customer in Malaysia requested for Panadol along with his McDelivery -- and got his wish promptly fulfilled by the deliveryman from the fast food chain.
The customer in Malaysia, Wan Amirul Izarin, took to Twitter to express his gratitude and thank the deliveryman for his unusual request.

Special McRequest
Amirul’s tweet showed a screenshot of his food order.
It included a request for a favour in the “Special Instructions” section.
The remark in Malay reads: “Hello bro, if you don’t mind, please help me buy some Panadol. I’ll pay you later. Thanks.”
When the food turned up, Amirul also received a strip of Panadol.
Amirul's tweet has been retweeted over 30,000 times.
Many users praised the deliveryman for his kindness.
Others wished Amirul a speedy recovery.
Amirul wrote: “I wish the McDelivery bro a blessed livelihood.”
