Here are some of McDonald's bundle meals in Malaysia.

Basically it helps you save money if you're ordering
A a guy in Malaysia, Luiv Tee ordered Bundle Meal A.
It is unclear whether one can customise the bundle, but Tee's order consisted of a McChicken, Spicy Deluxe, six chicken McNuggets, fries and drinks.
However, he also added a little something in the notes section of the order.

"Can I have one or two more bbq sauce please and also can you sneak an apple pie into my bag cause I'm broke and can't afford it but I love it and also I love you too muack you're the best."
