Talk about a perfect combo.

An e-bike and an e-scooter were caught on video riding on the road at the same time.

Both commuters appeared to be unrelated to each other..

The incident occurred along Bukit Batok West Avenue 3, going past Eden School:

Incredulous

The video shows a woman on an e-scooter making a right turn.

After the turn, she is seen overtaking a man peddling on his e-bike.

She was going so fast the back of her top was exposed, causing the commuters in the vehicle recording the incident to notice.

The voices in the footage could be heard sounding incredulous at the scene.

Here is translation of what they said:

Person 1: Are you kidding? Do you see this? Wah, my willy. My camera can retrieve the footage but LTA cannot penalise them. Tsk tsk tsk. Is he from China? Shoot the footage. How can this be? The camera can record your voice.

Person 2: I don't know how to post this on the Internet. Can you post it?

Person 1: You take a look. Dressed in such a manner? My old man.

And it appears the same woman on the e-scooter was caught on another dashboard camera pulling off a a four-lane lane change stunt along Bukit Batok Road:

More people caught riding PMDs in 2017

More people have been caught riding personal mobility devices (PMDs), mainly e-scooters, on the roads so far this year compared with the whole of last year, the Land Transport Authority (LTA) said on Dec. 12.

Between January and November, an average of 40 PMD users a month were caught riding on the roads and had their devices impounded.

This is an increase from the monthly average of 34 users caught last year.

Under the Road Traffic Act, those who use unauthorised vehicles such as PMDs on roads can be fined up to S$2,000 or be jailed up to three months for the first offence.
