Just when you thought that the rainbow trend was dying, this article is here to make you think again.

Banana Leaf Pork Briyani just opened in early September, but their rainbow pratas are making rounds on social media already.

The pratas, which are dyed with food colouring, come in pink, blue and green, but Banana Leaf plans to include more colours in the future.

Order it with egg, cheese, or plain. If you prefer, there's also rainbow thosais.

The pratas are served with either pork or chicken curry.

Here's a video of the prata-making process:

However, the rainbow pratas are only available while stocks lastso you better call thosai you're heading down.

This is also the same place that sells black chicken and pork briyani, so you could check out a few dishes at one go.
