Kuai San Dian Xin, which literally translates to S$1.30 dim sum in Chinese, sells exactly what its name promises - S$1.30 dim sum.

There is no catch. Everything here goes for S$1.30, and their serving size is decent too.

They have all the typical items on the menu, such as siew mai (pork dumplings), har gow (shrimp dumplings), carrot cake and custard bun.

Judging from some reviews, it probably won't taste as good as those found in hotels or even Swee Choon and 126 Dim Sum.

Which is natural because its unique selling proposition is clearly affordability.

People who tried recommend the siew mai, chicken feet, and carrot cake.

Another bonus: their Woodlands branch is open 24 hours.

If you live in the west, they have another outlet in Lakeside, but it doesn't operate 24 hours.

Where to get it:

Woodlands: 21 Woodlands Close, Singapore 737854, Level 1

24hrs

Lakeside: Blk 346A Kang Ching Road #01-01, Singapore 611346
