Customers who paid with cash or NETS have to get their refunds from Sports Hub Tix. They are required to bring their tickets and photo identification to get a full refund.

Bieber cancelled the rest of his Purpose tour that was supposed to resume on Thursday, July 26, with 15 shows across Asia and North America.

Singapore's concert scheduled for Oct. 7 at the National Stadium is affected.

The 23-year-old has since apologised to his fans, saying he needed some rest after being on the road for two years.

He had been on tour since March 2016, playing more than 150 dates around the world before cancelling the last shows in North America and Asia.

In a TMZ.com video, Bieber said:

"I love you guys, I think you guys are awesome. I'm sorry for anyone who feels, like, disappointed or betrayed, it's not in my heart or anything and have a blessed day."

Barely a week before this sudden cancellation, Bieber was banned from performing in China after authorities there cited his bad behaviour as the reason.
