Last Friday, June 16, the police received a report of a man throwing an oBike bicycle into a canal and what appears to be the same man riding an ofo bicycle inside an MRT station and in the bus interchange.

On Monday, four males aged between 16 and 18, were arrested in relation to these incidents.

The video that circulated online showed a shirtless male riding around Punggol MRT station on a bicycle and then nearly colliding with an oncoming bus while riding on a road.

The same person was also seen throwing a bicycle into a canal.

The videos appeared to have been filmed and compiled for bragging rights as they were posted on Instagram.

If convicted of committing a rash act, the suspects face up to six months' jail, a fine of up to S$2,500, or both.

If convicted for public nuisance, the suspects face a fine of up to S$1,000.
