Driving against the flow of traffic is officially a Singaporean pastime.

This time the incident occurred along Cavenagh Road on Thursday, Jan. 5, 2017 at about 12.35pm.

The car going in the right direction was about to turn into the single-lane Cavenagh Road, but a white Mercedes-Benz turned into its path moments earlier as it was going in the wrong direction.

This is the fifth such video to have emerged showing a car going against the regular flow of traffic.

A silver Mercedes drove against the flow of traffic on Dec. 19, along the AYE towards Tuas, resulting in one fatality and a horrific multiple-vehicle carnage. The driver has been charged with culpable homicide.

A Dec. 29 video showed a black Mercedes on the wrong side of the road waiting at the traffic light at the junction of Bedok North Street 1 and Bedok North Avenue 3.

Another incident occurred on Jan. 2, 2017, along Gateway Drive towards Westgate.

Even after the AYE carnage, another car drove against traffic on AYE, this time at night on Jan. 5 at about 3am.
