Can waive for broadband users with M1 and StarHub mobile lines also? Family members how?

After burdening its home fibre broadband subscribers with an outage that's continued for more than five hours running on Saturday, Dec. 3, Singtel has promised to waive mobile data charges for its affected mobile subscribers for the day:

But many questions remain — and good ones, at that:

1. How will Singtel track the numbers of the users who live in the house that is affected by the outage?

2. Also, mobile data isn't going to bring back Mio TV:

3. Another good question:

4. And an even better one, echoed by many:

Many:

Many users:

Guess so:

Although there were some who were happy to hear the news:

Meanwhile, we hope Singtel will be able to find a way to equitably serve all of its affected users, not just those with a linked mobile line.
