Yishun could jolly well be the next non-fictional city to feature in the Grand Theft Auto game going by the latest ongoing madcap antics of some of the constituents there:

An elderly man was allegedly hit by an e-scooter along Yishun Ave 2 in the direction towards the Yishun Stadium.

According to the Facebook post put up on Aug. 26, 2016, not only did the rider make a run for it after the incident, he allegedly threatened to beat up the elderly man.

Photos posted showed that the elderly man suffered cuts and bruises on his right arm.

The post also said a police report has been made.

However, according to everyone's imagination, the rider is believed to be wearing sunglasses with a rollie in his mouth and will have the Ludacris song playing in the background whenever he rides past.
