Man sent complaint to NParks, NParks CC-ed replied man in email slamming him

This story is at its heart, a story about people who don't email too well.

It begins with a man who sent a complaint regarding damages to drain coverings.

He sent an email out to both the National Environment Agency and Land Transport Authority, before sending it to the National Parks Board as well.

LTA later fixed the drain covers.

However, the same thing happened again during the next tree pruning.

He then decided to send an email straight to NParks.

Which was, unfortunately, CC-ed back to him.

This was the "reply" that he got.

"With reference to the email below.

I believe this guy is out to find trouble with NParks."

Yikes.
