Isetan's Japan Food Town at Wisma Atria closes down after 4 years

Isetan's Japan Food Town in Wisma Atria has ceased operations.

Although there are no updates on Japan Food Town's social media pages, here's what their website looks like on Mar. 4:

In a report by Business Times on Jan. 31, Isetan has terminated the food market's tenancy.

This was after Isetan issued a notice to quit to Japan Food Town Development for non-payment of certain sums under the tenancy agreement.

Opened in 2016

Japan Food Town was located on the fourth floor of Wisma Atria.

It was touted to have more than half of their fresh ingredients flown directly from Japan.

16 Japanese eateries

It opened in 2016 and featured Japanese casual dining establishments.

According to Japan Food Town's Facebook page, the 16 eateries were:
