Pearl milk tea & Tie Guan Yin soft serves available in S'pore from S$3.90

Reviews are mostly positive.

Bubble tea now comes in many forms.

Adding to the list is TP Tea, who advertised their pearl milk tea soft serves with a giant poster outside their kiosk in Suntec City:

The dessert comes with actual pearls.

Besides Suntec, the brand is also available in Changi Airport Terminal 2, where it is opened 24/7.

Even though only the pearl milk tea flavour was featured, Tie Guan Yin soft serve is also on the menu for S$4.60.

For those who are not familiar with it, Tie Guan Yin is a type of Chinese Oolong tea, supposedly of the premium variety.

Here are photos of the actual product.

Reviews on it are mostly positive, too.

unpopular opinion: this is worth a 6/10. the soft serve came out icy and pearls were chewy but tasteless. the tea flavour was however good!

However, according to another Instagram user, the Tie Guan Yin soft serve is only available for a limited period.

I am no die-hard bubble tea fan but I am certainly game for milk tea soft serve. Having TP Tea’s limited-period-only Tie Guan Yin Soft-serve with Pearls ($4.60), the swirls were pretty decent. Though a tad icy and less pronounced in tea flavour than I had hoped for, the softserve did have a pleasant well-rounded sweetness with a subtle milky undertone. It also served as a nice alternative to the drink and a satisfying after-meal treat with the chewy mini pearls. #tpteasg #tptea #Burpple #burpplesg #sgfoodie #foodagram #sgfoodies #sgfood #foodsg #foodspotting #foodiesg #throwback #8dayseat #eatoutsg #iweeklyfood #sgeats #sgeatout #igsg #sgig #openrice #stfood #softserve #foodphotography #igdaily #igfood #instafood #foreverhungry #milktea #softserveicecream #milkteaicecream
