Singapore's otters have been getting some international coverage recently.
These furry residents have attracted enthusiasts from the United Kingdom, Japan and Thailand, just to name a few, to come and visit them.
And they don't take reservations.
It does take a bit of patience to find these wild otters and you could potentially end your trip without a sighting.
If you find this guy from Japan passionate, here's another otterku from Italy who came to Singapore just for these wild otters.
Capturing otterly candid moments
Stefano Unterthiner, from Italy, is a regular contributing photographer for National Geographic Magazine.
According to a post by Ottercity on Jan. 2, Stefano came to Singapore for a whole month just to photograph the otters.
He stalked the otters in various places such as...Marina Bay
Along Singapore River
In the heartlands
Under the MRT tracks
He also managed to capture some candid otter moments.
Featured on French magazine
Some of these photos even made it to French nature and wildlife magazine, Terre Sauvage.
Stefano's photos were published in the January issue.
Singapore's best ambassador by far.
