She recently took a trip to Bali with some of her girl friends.

On Monday, Oct. 22, her group of friends had gone to Sky Garden, a Thai nightclub, for a night out.

Assaulted

Yang drew out the events on Insagram for a more succinct explanation:

While six of them were walking back, a group of 10 people descended upon her.

According to Yang, they targeted her because she was a weak link.

Yang screamed for help.

Fortunately, her friends were there to get the men off her.

The men took advantage of the numerical opportunity to grab their phones.

It transpired that the men's attempts to molest the women was a diversion to steal the phones.

Blame

The incident, while quite traumatic, didn't dampen her love for Bali.

However, amidst the well wishes from her friends, there were some who took the opportunity to put forth a theory on why she was targeted.

A sentiment that was even present on an article on the incident by The New Paper.

An anonymous user also allegedly commented this on Yang's post:

"And then this anonymous user on Instagram even commented to say we deserved to be molested??!"

We did not wear like this to club btw. And no, even if we wore skimpily it doesn't give any rights to guys to touch us. So if a half naked guy who's damn hot walks past me, I can grab his dick?????? NO RIGHT
