If you didn't know, this is the complete S$699 Dyson Airwrap Styler set.
Judging by reactions to it on social media, it is a hit.
In fact it is currently sold out, with new stock expected to arrive in a week or so.
Here's a cinematic nearly black and white video showcasing how it works.
Basically, the Airwrap's motor creates some sort of vortex that leaves the hair perfectly curled. You get all this when you purchase the complete set.
But once again it's nearly S$700.
Solution
Industrious netizens aren't letting the hefty price tag get them down though.
They are producing DIY versions of the Airwrap Styler.
Here are some of the videos of these industrious inventors in action.

So you basically cut off a portion of a water bottle, and make a hole on the side for the hairdryer.

The patented rabak technology will create a vortex which leads to perfectly curly hair.

Which begs a very good question.
Not unless you do it for a protracted period of time probably, but just to be safe maybe don't try this at home.
Still kudos on the creativity.
