Taiwanese ex-politician Chu Mei-feng shouted slogans outside St. Regis hotel

Former Taiwanese politician and TV journalist Chu Mei-feng, who was embroiled in a sex scandal back in 2001, was seen outside St Regis hotel in Singapore on Monday, June 11.

According to Lianhe Zaobao, she appeared there at around 3.20pm.

The 51-year-old was holding a placard with the words "Trump" and "Kim" on it. She was speaking in English.

The following is a loose transcription of what she said, as well as the police officers' repeated pleas for her to leave.

A video of a Singaporean man shouting at the police has been making the rounds on social media since Sunday night, June 10.

The police officer who was seen telling the man to calmly move on is believed to be the same personnel in the video with Chu Mei-feng.
