Happy Chef Western Foods has been around for quite a number of years, but they've got something different from all the other stalls out there.
They serve the Chicken Kiev, which is a roll of deep fried chicken with melted cheese and ham encrusted within.
Essentially chicken cordon bleu, but hey, that's the name Happy Chef gives it. And of course, it comes with a generous serving of fries, a choice of potato salad or coleslaw, accompanying sauce and garlic bread — just three out of a range of available choices for side dishes (pick two).
You get to clog your arteries deliciously, all for s$10:
Other variations of the cordon bleu, especially those served at restaurants, use veal as the outer layer of meat, but essentially, it's always rolled with ham and cheese and then deep fried in breadcrumbs.
In the weakest bid to validate your poor dietary decisions, you could pick vegetables as your sides — or go the whole hog with fries and spaghetti:

Other Western fare like lamb chops, pork ribs, and fish are priced between $7 and $10, while beef is a little more expensive at $16.
If you need any more convincing, right at the stall beside it is the famed Michelin-starred Tai Hwa Pork Noodles — yes indeed, in the very same coffee shop.
