If you haven't heard: The owner of a local establishment Stickies Bar called his customer a b*tch. You can catch up on the events here.

Long story short, a customer Fawn Chia left a one-star review on the establishment's Facebook page, as well as a complaint about being rudely chased away before the closing time.

This triggered the CEO of the bar, Norman Then, who was mighty displeased and ended up calling the customer a a special breed of b*tch before naming and shaming her on his page.

Now, Chia has posted a private exchange between herself and Then that occurred after the above exchange:

Then sticks to his original response, once again making insults towards her intelligence and ontological status.

Chia's post also re-iterated the unsatisfactory service she encountered and Then's lack of professionalism in dealing with her feedback.

In addition, she admitted that she pushed the Uno stack onto the floor in a moment of impulsiveness, and apologised for it.

You can read her full post here:

Shortly after Chia's post, Then created one of his own, explaining the rationale behind his incivility and giving more details of the customer's alleged petulance:

In summary:

- Chia did not let her friend pick up the Uno stack that she had messed up, stating that it was the staff's job to do so.

- Then addressed the Liquor Control Act, which we explained in our previous article.

- His "passionate" response is in defence of his staff, who only did what they were told to do.

Ah well. This seems to be turning into another saga.
