Teenage magazine responds to "Dear Kelly" rape-victim-blaming outrage with Facebook comment

Way to go, Teenage.

A Teenage "Dear Kelly" column in its November magazine issue is exploding on Singapore's social media for its appallingly-astounding victim-blaming statements.

They include the following:

More importantly, though, they have responded to public Facebook posts... with the same stock response posted as comments on them.

Here's one on Facebook user Eunice Chong's post, which she shared from original poster Sara Low:

We aren't altogether surprised by the responses that followed:

And here's them peddling an identical response on Low's wall, where she first posted the photos she took from the magazine page, as well as the replies to it:

We can only wonder if they were expecting a different reaction to publishing "advice" like that, and also hope the girl who originally sent this letter in has reported her case to the police.
