A cat person is one who is kind, affectionate and a hero.

Oh look, what we've got here? A cat person:

Nursubhi Achis is a Land Transport Authority enforcement officer. He was caught on video rescuing a cat from a tree in Little India on Oct. 26.

His day job is to ensure the safety of personal mobility device and electronic bike users.

But according to the LTA Facebook post that identified him as the cat rescuer, it is evident he has spent more of his energies caring for cats.

In all, the 29-year-old has cared for more than 25 cats in his lifetime.

No wonder the cat in his arm he rescued was surprisingly calm and even had a fellow cat watch in amusement at ground level at what was unfolding before its beady kitty eyes.
