Public: 'Remember, put Yip Pin Xiu in front of photo'. SIA: 'Thank you for your feedback'

I love Singaporeans and their passive-aggressive friendly reminders.

Helpful Singaporeans have come out to serve a reminder to Singapore Airlines.

This was after SIA published a congratulatory post celebrating another historic Gold medal win by Singaporean swimmer Yip Pin Xiu at the 2016 Paralympic Games for the 100m backstroke S2 event:

The reaction by the national airline was swift -- and so were the public reactions in response:

Immediately, a throwback to the Joseph Schooling snafu by SIA.

 

And then expectations were raised as high as SIA planes cruising at 32,000 feet:

Others who were not so subtle ensured you can just substitute "Kindly ensure" with "You better make sure" and the tone still sounds the same:

And soon, pretty much all comments converged onto one similar suggestion:

As the Official Airline of Team Singapore, all eyes are now officially on SIA.
