And the winner?

The fictional little Andy created by Singapore’s National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG).

Poor little Andy had his entire savings taken by his Dad to bet on Germany to win the World Cup.

Now Andy and dad are just one match away from becoming a meme phenomenon.
