We receive many flyers and junk mail for products every day and most of us would probably pay little attention to them. In fact, we usually throw them away.

But the context would be very different if we were found a parking summons on our vehicles because we're penalised for flouting traffic rules and are likely to be fined. We'll also pay attention to the summons and read it.

Now, what might happen if an advertising flyer was made to look like a parking summons then?

One helmet bag seller did just that. He got creative by making his company's advertising flyer look like a parking summons. The "summons" were placed on vehicles parked near the ongoing Geylang Serai Ramadan Bazaar.

Facebook user, EllyaSya Mi AMor, described in a post on June 2 how she thought it was a real parking summons and read it entirely just to realise that it was an advertisement:

"Ouh now i get the joke ????

I was at geylang bazar and the parking lot was full and breakfast timing was like in 40mins so we just park At the side like everyone else and buy a quick bite and when we get back to our motor bike we got saman and when we read properly they just selling helmet ?????"
