Someone recently posted this picture on a reddit subthread that is dedicated to weird ways food served around the world.

Here is the number one post for the week.

The post, which has garnered over 1,000 upvotes, compared the tapao-ing system to a colostomy bag.

Which is basically a bag used for collecting excrement for people who had a surgical operation to remove a damaged part from the colon leading to the cut end being diverted to an opening in the abdominal wall.

Which leads to people disposing their waste through a small opening in the side of the stomach that is attached to a bag.

Backlash

The backlash from people who've actually been drinking out of these "colostomy bags" was swift.

And assured everyone, there is a world outside the west.

And while some still tried to bring the drink down.

Others brought up a good point.
