If you can't get enough of gradient drinks, Tuk Tuk Cha is now selling them too.
The drink is made from the butterfly pea flower, also known as Clitoria ternatea, which gives it a blue hue.
It comes in original, kiwi, green apple, passion fruit, lychee, yoghurt, fresh lemon, and blue Hawaiian flavours. Prices start from S$3.50.
They are touting benefits such as pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties, besides having anti-oxidants, but odds are we're buying it for Instagram.
The reason the liquid changes colour is due to the pH level of the substance added to it. For instance, adding lemon juice to the tea will turn it purple.
Available at all outlets: Suntec Tower 3, Sun Plaza, Raffles City, Tampines 1, Junction 8, Nex, Waterway Point, Jurong Point, and Velocity.
