Plot Twist
It turns out Alan Q is not giving it out for free. Mainly due to the fact that it is a photoshopped picture.
Local forum Hardware Zone snooped out the actual picture

Now, many fell for the photoshopped picture, as one tends to be more believing when information is published on a news platform.
What is the problem?
It is understandable to make some mistakes, or even let some article contributions slide by without a thorough fact check, as long as you make the necessary amendments.
But mistakes are made even more glaring when it incites certain tendencies among the populous.
Some of you might have noticed the "MADE IT (sic) CHINA!!" part of the text.
And that's the problem right there, other people noticed as well.

If an article is bound to fester stereotypes on race or nationality. The least one can do is to ensure it is based on reality.
