The Songkran Music Festival (SMF) will be returning to Wild Wild Wet on Apr. 14 and 15, 2023.

What to expect

The festival will showcase water jet and light displays alongside music from international and regional DJs.

This will be the second edition of SMF. The first edition was held at Wild Wild Wet as well, back in 2019.

Festival-goers can look forward to acts such as Headhunterz from Netherlands and Amber Na from Malaysia.

Local acts include Inquisitive, Dash, Sakura and Q Doll.

Thai food

For those who want a taste of Thailand, there will also be six restaurants offering Thai cuisine at Downtown East.

They include:

• Co+Nut+Ink
• Tuk Tuk Cha
• Kin Kao Young
• Sakon Thai
• Siam Square Mookata
• The Basil Inn

Tickets

Tickets range from S$58 to S$128, inclusive of one free Singha beer.

Here is a breakdown of the ticket prices for reference:

From now till Feb. 28

• Apr. 14: S$58
• Apr. 15: S$78
• Two-day pass: S$98

From Mar. 1

• Apr. 14: S$68
• Apr. 15: S$88
• Two-day pass: S$128

Ticket-holders will also be able to enjoy same-day access to Wild Wild Wet rides before the festival.

Some of these include the Vortex High Speed Water Slide and Kraken Racers: Mat Racer Water Slide.

Here is when you can expect to access the rides:

• Apr. 14: 12pm to 6pm
• Apr. 15: 2pm to 5pm

Do note that all rides will be closed when the festival starts at 6pm on Apr. 14 and from 5pm on Apr. 15.
