Sephora Singapore is giving away free heart-shaped bags.

With a catch, of course.

For new app users only

First off, you need to be a new user on their app.

Our colleague was indignant upon hearing this and mentioned the four-digit sum that she's spent with the brand.

But we digress.

After registering as a new user or kindly borrowing a brother/boyfriend/friend's phone number to register, you should be able to see the offer by scrolling right a few times on the menu which has the 'Deals for you' option.

As per the app, in order to get the free bag, you'll have to

• Hope that they still have stock available (remember to ask before picking out your item!)
• Pick out an item in-store to buy
• Ask the cashier to scan your redemption barcode before paying
• Pay for whatever item you decided to buy

The offer is limited to one per user. When we visited the Bugis+ store on Feb. 20, we noted that there were still bags available.
