PLQ Parkside has al fresco-style dining at 8 eateries including Killiney & Rempapa

Part of the ever-expanding Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ) is PLQ Parkside.

Large green space

This lesser-known side PLQ is located at the intersection of Sims Avenue and Tanjong Katong Road.

The space is connected to over 100,000 sq ft of green spaces across the PLQ precinct and an outdoor playground.

Eight dining concepts

PLQ Parkside is home to eight dining concepts, including:

  • Chug Chug
  • Hibiki Sake Bar & Dine a
  • Jimmy Monkey
  • Poke Theory
  • Salvo by Pasta Fresca

Diners can have al fresco-style meals amidst the green views and chill setting.

Part of the F&B concepts includes these three new eateries.

Killiney Bistro Bar

This is the only Killiney outlet that provides table service and serves gin and wine.

One can indulge in Killiney's Har Cheong Gai (S$14), a snack that will go well with some ice-cold beer.

You can also share the Ngo Hiang Platter (S$15), which includes prawn fritters, century eggs, spring rolls and fishballs.

Rempapa

This restaurant is opened by Singaporean chef Damian D'Silva.

Rempapa serves "Singapore New Heritage" cuisine, with flavours from Chinese, Peranakan, Eurasian, Indian and Malay kitchens.

There are the Limpeh Sliders (S$20 for three pieces) which is beef brisket cooked in some rendang rempah and then stuffed into a crispy pastry parcel.

And then there's a Kueh Platter (from S$6) that can include koeh kosui, kueh bingka, lapis pulot, sago ubi, talam keladi and rempah udang, among other treats.

Zing by Xi Yan

This is a concept by Hong Kong celebrity chef Jacky Yu, in collaboration with social enterprise The Social Kitchen.

You can try the Black Truffle Chicken Angel Hair Pasta (S$23), which is a fan favourite among diners.

Or the popular Goji Berry Ice cream (S$4.50) that was originally only available seasonally at Xi Yan's flagship restaurant.

It's best paired with a Croffle (S$3.50).

Near Paya Lebar MRT interchange

PLQ Parkside is directly integrated with the Paya Lebar MRT interchange.

It is also connected to an events Piazza as well as the social hub which includes PLQ Plaza, PLQ Mall and PLQ Workplace.

Visitors can reach PLQ Parkside via the link bridge at PLQ Mall or go across Sims Avenue from the piazza via PLQ Plaza.
