Within a year of its initial opening at Cluny Court, Prairie By Craftsmen has set up its third outlet on the island.
The latest store, which opened in end-July, is located in Joo Chiat.

Another outlet was previously set up at River Valley in end-April.
Although they are under the same brand, each outlet has its own concept and menu.
The Joo Chiat one, for instance, features a blue-themed interior with terrazzo tiles, accented by potted plants.

While food categories remain largely similar (pastries, brunch, salads, mains, pastas etc.), the selection of items vary as well.
Some items recommended by the owners are the:

- Smoked Salmon Rosti (S$17++)
- Beef Stew (S$28++)
- Tandoori Pork Rib (S$32++)
- Black Sesame Soy Latte (S$7++)
- Matcha Latte (S$7++)
- Dirty Chai (S$7++)
- Dirty Matcha (S$7++)
