Background

Siow burst into tears in court on Oct. 18, 2019 after her murder charge was demoted to voluntarily causing hurt.

She was subsequently out on S$15,000 bail.

She then thanked those who offered her support the past four months after she got out of remand.

She was among seven people who were initially charged with murder with common intention.

A 31-year-old man died in Orchard Towers on July 2, 2019.

The victim, Satheesh Noel Gobidass, 31, died in Tan Tock Seng Hospital about an hour later.
