Taiwanese-Canadian actor Godfrey Gao passed away after collapsing during a late-night shoot for Chinese reality show Chase Me on Nov. 27.
Gao's body has returned to Taiwan and is now resting at Taipei's First Funeral Parlour.
His family members are preparing for the funeral which will be held on Dec. 15.
According to Sina, Gao's body will be buried at Chin Pao San, which is also the resting place for iconic Taiwanese singer Teresa Teng.
While it's been a week, fans of Gao are still visibly upset by Gao's death and have launched a boycott against the station Zhejiang TV which produces Chase Me.
Many of Gao's fans and friends also wrote tribute posts, expressing their shock and sorrow in losing their friend.

In a recent Instagram post by Gao's friend, Ken Li, Li wrote that Gao's mother believes that Gao's spirit is still lingering on Earth as he is worried for those who are grieving for him.
Li added that Gao's family wishes for everyone to share positive thoughts and messages so that Gao will be able to move on.
