A man in Hong Kong was set on fire on Monday, Nov. 11
According to Headline Daily, the incident took place at Ma On Shan in New Territories.
In a video that was widely circulated, a middle-aged man in green could be seen bleeding from his head, while another man tried to wipe the blood off him.
The injured man subsequently shouted, "All of you guys are not Chinese!"
The crowd around him then exploded and shouted back "We are Hongkongers!" and "Go back to the Greater Bay Area!"
They cussed at him as well.
There were even some calls for him to "go away".
The man then stepped forward and continued the argument.
That was when someone doused him in flammable liquid, and set him on fire.

While the fire was put out, the man seemed to have sustained burns to his skin.
"Hongkongers, take revenge!"
Tensions are running high in Hong Kong, especially since 22-year-old college student Chow Tsz-lok died from his injuries on Friday, Nov. 8.
On Monday morning, Nov. 11, the police fired even more live rounds at protesters.
Chow's death has prompted thousands of people to rally on the streets with a new slogan: "Hongkongers, take revenge!"
Protests sparked by a now-abandoned extradition bill have persisted for the last five months, with clashes between protesters and the police getting increasingly violent.
