Phew.

From Changi General Hospital to abandoned HDB blocks, Singaporeans have a lot of ghost stories.

And here's another one.

'Ghost adventure' at Little Guilin

On Nov. 10, Twitter user @izvhh posted a thread of her supposed paranormal experience at Little Guilin.

Little Guilin is a disused granite quarry in Bukit Batok Town Park that looks similar to that of Guilin, a city in southern China.

You can read @izvhh's recount of what she calls a "ghost adventure" she had with her friends here:

The tweet has garnered close to 2,000 retweets.

In the thread, she attached a photo of what seems to be a mysterious white figure spotted at the landmark:

According to her, that white figure might be -- emphasis on "might be" -- a pocong, or a Malay shrouded ghost.

Her post has also prompted others to share their creepy experiences at the park.

Just a white rock?

On Nov. 15, however, Twitter user @natshazx made another discovery.

The white figure that @izvhh was creeped out by might have very well been just a white patch on a rock.

In @natshazx's post, she took a photo of Little Guilin during the day and highlighted a similar-looking white spot:

Will look back & laugh about it

In response, @izvhh apologised for mistaking the rock to be a pocong.

She also took the mistake in her stride and said she will look back at her Twitter thread and laugh at herself one day.
