Recently, Taiwanese singer, Jay Chou made a comeback to the Mandopop scene, with his new song, "说好不哭 (Wont Cry)".

The digital single sold millions of copies in China, grossing 15 million yuan (around SGD 2 million dollars) on Chinese music streaming platform, QQ music, reported The Paper.

It is also currently the number one trending music video on YouTube in Singapore.

Despite several accolades under his belt, it seems like Chou is not satisfied with just being a singer, song-writer, director, and actor.

As the year 2020 marks his 20th anniversary in the industry, he is set to release his first reality variety show, on China's Zhejiang Television in early 2020, every Saturday at 10:00pm.
