Hong Kong screen legend Lily Leung passed away peacefully on the afternoon of August 13, 2019.
Considered by many to be the first lady of Hong Kong television, Leung has appeared in a mind-numbing amount of work.
Some of her more notable roles include Kindred Spirit, where she portrayed a haughty lady known as "Upper Class Person".
While that role proved to be a defining point for her, it was by no means her only contribution to Hong Kong television.
According to Varsity, she has been in television for more than 60 years.
She was even dubbed the first lady of Hong Kong TV.
According to Shin Min, Leung passed away peacefully with family and friends by her side.
