Rooftop living in the heart of the Central Business District? Where you never even thought was possible?

Because for anyone who may have some spare cash, there is a rooftop bungalow situated in Tanjong Pagar, right at the top of International Plaza.

Rooftop bungalow

International Plaza is a high-rise commercial and residential building built in the 1970s.

The residential block is located from the 37th to 50th story.

According to Property Guru, the property on the top floor is listed as a penthouse.

With a floor area of approximately 4,000 square feet, the penthouse has five bathrooms and five bedrooms.

Some property listings even indicated there are six each.

The monthly rental cost is listed as S$15,000.

The location is also listed on Film House Rental, where the premises can be booked for filming purposes for S$500 per day and S$700 during the weekends.

And super penthouses are penthouses that are larger than 10,000 square feet and above.
