At this point we are barely surprised: Bubble tea mooncakes are now available in Singapore for the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival.
Milk Tea and Matcha Green Tea
The flavours, which come in Milk Tea and Matcha Green Tea, are sold by ChangHoSek.
The mooncakes feature tea-infused lotus seed paste and pearls with a snow skin exterior.
They come in two types of packaging -- tingkat and box -- targeting the won't-buy-for-yourself-but-will-buy-for-others crowd:

Customers are advised to keep the mooncakes in the freezer and thaw it for 20 minutes before consumption.
Pre-orders only
Prices start from S$60 for two pieces in tingkat packaging, while it's S$81 for four pieces in a box.
From now till Aug. 7, though, there's a 25 percent discount.

However, the bubble tea mooncakes are only available in limited quantities and through pre-orders.

If you'd like the tea flavour but without pearls and snow skin, there's also traditional baked mooncakes in Earl Grey and Osmanthus flavours (from S$43.50).
Otherwise, their D24 Durian Mooncake (from S$51.75) and Mao Shan Wang Durian Mooncake (from S$62.25) are also popular options.
