Hey, do you like the taste of waffles, and root beer float seasoned with nostalgia?

Is travelling to Changi too ridiculously far for you to get some of that sugar rush?

Well, fret no longer because the A&W over at Ang Mo Kio Hub appears to be on the verge of opening.

Here are some pictures of the soon-to-be open establishment.

It appears to already be in the orientation and training phase.

According to 8 Days, the new establishment will seat close to 140 diners, which is around twice as much as the Changi Jewel capacity.

It will be open from 10am to 10pm, although A&W will not rule out a 24-hour schedule in the future.

The menu is expected to roughly be the same as the one at Changi.

Mothership understands that the stall might actually open before, or during the upcoming long weekend.

The store was previously slated to open in July.

We have reached out to A&W for confirmation of when the store will officially open and we will update the article when they get back to us.
