If you love White Rabbit Creamy Candy, this is for you.

Local bakery Gin Thye is selling a White Rabbit Blancmanges Roll (S$12) inspired by the candy.

As you can see, the 400g roll comes in the iconic (albeit oversized) candy wrapper. When wrapped, it looks like a huge White Rabbit Creamy Candy.

The White Rabbit Blancmanges Roll consists of an Angel Cake Roll filled with whipped cream and a blancmange (a kind of custard pudding) filling. It measures 15cm by 9cm by 7cm.

As you can see from the ingredient list below, Gin Thye uses White Rabbit Creamy Candy in the production of the blancmange filling:

Do note that you need to make an order at least two days in advance.

You can choose to have the cake delivered to six collection points islandwide or pick it up at the Gin Thye bakery at 427 Sembawang Road (map).

Gin Thye is also on Quube and Qoo10 where you can occasionally find their cakes on offer. As of writing time, the White Rabbit Blancmanges Roll is going for S$9.90 on Qoo10.
