Folks have visited the Safari-themed Tiong Bahru Bakery to temporarily escape from our urban jungle.
There is one more reason to visit the place, if you want to hang out with friends without spending much of calories and sugar currency.

The cafe has recently launched an exclusive line of colourful lattes and breakfast jars that claim to be great for one's health and skin.
Four Garden Lattes and three Power Breakfast Jars are available, with each item being chockfull of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

1. TBB Teh Tarik (S$7++)
The TBB Teh Tarik uses rooibos tea and claims to lower cholesterol levels in addition to reducing the aging process.
It is also caffeine and sugar-free.
2. Blue Bell Latte (S$6++)
The Blue Bell Latte uses blue pea flower extract as well as coconut milk to give the drink its distinct blue colour, and helps to keep the heart and skin healthy.
It is also free from dairy, caffeine and sugar.
3. Beetroot and Ginger Latte (S$6.50++)
The bright red Beetroot and Ginger Latte contains beetroot, ginger powder and soy milk, and helps lower blood pressure levels whilst preventing free radical damage.
It is also free from dairy, caffeine and sugar.
4. Turmeric and Giner Latte (S$6.50++)
The Turmeric and Ginger Latte comprises of turmeric and ginger powder and helps in digestion as well as circulation.
Power Breakfast Jars

1. Black Sesame Oats with Papaya (S$8.80++)
Made of papaya infused with turmeric on rolled oats in black-sesame infused milk, this breakfast jar helps keep the heart and skin healthy.
2. Coconut Tapioca Pearls with Pineapple (S$8.50++)
Pandan-infused pineapple with tapioca pearls and coconut milk feature in this dish which helps keep skin smooth and soft. It also helps reduce the risk of cancer.
3. Apple Bircher Muesli with Rojak Flower (S$8.50++)
This breakfast jar is made of rojak flower-infused bircher muesli with apples and keeps one's skin looking young while simultaneously strengthening immunity.
All Garden Lattes and Power Breakfast Jars are available at Tiong Bahru Bakery Safari whilst the TBB Teh Tarik and Blue Bell Latte are available at all Tiong Bahru Bakery outlets.
