There appears to be a rash of shoe or clothing rack related issues recently.

Here's another one.

The two videos, uploaded by Nur Ashiqin Muhammad Kyaizam, appears to show two ladies casually browsing the shoe rack in front of an HDB block in Teck Whye.

Here's the first video.

At the end of the first video, it appears that they heard something or someone from in the house or along the corridor and took off.

However in a second video, one of them apparently came back.

Here is the moment one of them realised there was a camera installed.

Both incidents happened on the same night on Saturday, July 8, 2019.
