Zhen Jie Seafood is a prawn noodle stall from Punggol that has since moved to Bedok North in May, 2019.
A league of its own
Zhen Jie Seafood boils their soup with pork bones and fried prawn heads till the broth turns a vivid orange.

According to Facebook reviewer Ah Beng Foodie, they also add lala (cockles) in their soup for that extra sweetness. No MSG is used.

Menu
Here's their full menu with dishes ranging from S$3.50 to S$20:

You can choose the type of noodles you want and add extra ingredients like pork ribs, crayfish or sliced abalone.
Dishes to try
Some noteworthy dishes to order include the Sliced Abalone Prawn Noodles (S$5) and the Crayfish Seafood Noodles (S$10):

If you're wondering why the soups differ in colour and texture, the stall owner explained that the colour of the soup depends on the type of prawn heads used.
On the other hand, the thickness of the broth depends on the time of day it is served (as this indicates how long the soup has been boiling for).
However, the taste is the same, according to the stall owner.
For those who aren't fans of soup dishes, their dry prawn noodles appear to be popular among patrons as well:
