On July 29, 2019, Preetipls, whose real name is Preeti Nair, released a video addressing the recent "brownface" ad for E-Pay.

Here is her video, which also starred rapper Subhas Nair, her brother.

It was a remix of Iggy Azalea's song, F*ck It Up.

The song took aim at (racist) Chinese people, whom they claimed through their rap lyrics exploit minorities for money.

At the end of the video, the siblings talked about another case of a senior member of staff at Sport Singapore dressing up as a Sikh man.

The video has been shared over 600 times.

It seems the video caused some discontent, however, leading to a police report being lodged against it.

Here is a statement from the police shared with Mothership:

"The Police are aware of an online video that is directed against the E-Pay advertisement. A police report has been lodged against the online video for its offensive content and police investigations are ongoing.

The police will not tolerate any offensive content that causes ill-will between races."
